FICCI in collaboration with CBRE as its 'Exclusive Knowledge Partner' and Stylework as its 'Principal Partner' is organizing a Virtual India Flexible Workspace Summit 2021 on August 12, 2021 (Thursday), between 10.00 am - 04.00 pm on FICCI BIKE platform The theme of the Summit is "Opportunities and Advantages of Hybrid Working in the Post Covid Era". COVID-19 pandemic has influenced the way business function and has forced them to evaluate new working models, that provide workplace flexibility, giving benefit of employee safety and profitability through cost optimization. Many organizations have been successful in changing their strategies to ensure seamless functioning by giving workplace flexibility and effectively leveraging changes in the work styles. Flexible workspace segment in India is amid a constant evolution – with its long-term fundamentals likely to remain resilient. The coworking/flexible space segment will continue to rise, as ‘core + flex’ strategies would be at the forefront for all the office stakeholders due to adoption of Work from Anywhere models, and decentralization of workplace across cities.
