Dr. Rohit Negi is a professor of electrical engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. His research centers around the changing role of wireless communications, including the role of communications as a means of collecting data. To analyze this, he focuses on the need to change device design to increase integration of the physical layer and the medium access layer.
