Globe Summit Conference

The Globe Summit is a free immersive virtual experience featuring an impressive panel of nationally recognized thought leaders.

The inaugural Globe Summit conference will take place on September 22-24, bringing together some of the greatest and influential minds of our time for three days of thought-provoking interviews and actionable discussions across four core subject areas- economy, health, innovation, and sustainability– that represent some of New England’s greatest strengths. Across the three-day conference, each session will help define and debate on how the region can come back even stronger from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Globe Summit is a free immersive virtual experience that will feature an impressive panel of nationally recognized thought leaders across a wide variety of industries including, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAD); Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, Co-Founder of the Emancipator and Founding Director of the BU Center for Antiracist Research; Dr. Rochelle Walensky, MD, MPH, Director, CDC; Jenny Slate, Actress, Comedian and Author; US Senator Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., United States Senator; and more. The Globe Summit will also be kicking off a 50th anniversary celebration of the Boston Globe’s Spotlight team.
