India’s experience offers vital lessons for other regions battling new waves of COVID-19 infection. Join us for a multistakeholder dialogue with ecosystem leaders on carving the road to an inclusive recovery in India on Thursday, August 12th. For the past few months, we have witnessed our colleagues and partners on the ground in India mounting a heroic response to India’s calamitous COVID-19 second wave. With the country’s hospitals and other resources buckling under the pressure of rising COVID-19 cases fueled by the highly infectious Delta variant, social entrepreneurs have stepped up as last mile responders to the crisis with remarkable success. Their experiences and perspectives are as inspiring as they are insightful. We believe that the India experience offers vital lessons for other regions battling new waves of the pandemic. We’re thankful and looking forward to our guests of honour, Hilde Schwab, Co-Founder and Chair, Schwab Foundation, Amitabh Kant, Chief Executive Officer, NITI Aayog, and Chandrajit Banerjee, Director General, Confederation of Indian Industry, who will be sharing their keynote speeches for the event.
